Hurgill Road, Richmond

A development of two unique, detached, executive family homes adhering to the Code 4 Planning Regulations. The Code is the national standard for the sustainable design and construction of new homes. The Code aims to reduce our carbon emissions and create homes that are more sustainable. This is the first development of its kind in the Richmond area.

Hudswell, Richmond

A unique three bedroom, two bathroom new build home. This home has beeen constructed on the site of an old barn using reclaimed materials fro the original barn. All the stone work has been reclaimed from the barn to ensure the building fits skillfully and sympathetically into the surrounding areas. This build is very close to completion. The photos below show the build from the beginning to present day.
